📋 Quick Summary

You'll be taking charge of setting out, quality assurance, and technical coordination on exciting construction projects. This is a long-term opportunity with 10 hours paid per day and competitive rates — so it's definitely worth considering!

🔧 What You'll Be Doing

• Managing and maintaining up-to-date construction drawings
• Setting out all elements and controlling line and level across the project
• Carrying out site and level surveys
• Handling material take-offs and orders for groundworks and RC frames
• Raising and tracking RFIs and technical submittals
• Performing QA using digital tools and Inspection Test Plans
• Using Leica EDM equipment (TS06 / TS12 / TS16) and CAD software 📐

✅ What You'll Need

• CSCS Engineering / Surveying qualification or equivalent
• Proficiency with Leica TS06, TS12, and TS16
• Skills in Bluebeam and AutoCAD
• Right to work in the UK 🇬🇧
• Good communication and teamwork skills
