Hey there! Coinford Ltd is on the lookout for a talented and reliable Site Engineer to join their team on an exciting long-term project in Harlow, Essex. If you're experienced in groundworks and RC frame projects and love getting stuck into technical coordination, this could be the perfect role for you! 🎯

📋 Quick Summary

You'll be taking charge of setting out, quality assurance, and technical coordination on groundworks and infrastructure projects. You'll own the line and level control and make sure everything runs smoothly and on programme. With 10 hours paid per day and long-term work on offer, this is a great opportunity to grow your career! 🚀

🔧 What You'll Be Doing

• Setting out all elements and controlling line and level across the site
• Carrying out site and level surveys before works begin
• Managing construction drawings and keeping registers up to date
• Ordering groundworks and RC frame materials
• QA on site using Flowforma and Inspection Test Plans
• Raising and tracking RFIs and technical submittals
• Maintaining as-built records

✅ What You'll Need

• CSCS Engineering/Surveying card or equivalent
• Proficiency with Leica TS06, TS12, and TS16 EDM 📐
• Skills in Bluebeam and AutoCAD
• Right to work in the UK
• Good communication and teamwork skills
