📋 Quick Summary

In this role, you'll be at the heart of the customer credit journey — reviewing applications, assessing creditworthiness, and helping customers navigate the lending process, all while keeping things compliant and customer-friendly.

• 📍 Location: Airside or Central Park, Sandyford, Dublin
• 🕐 Contract: 12-Month Contract
• 🏠 Working Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)
• ⏰ Hours: 37 hours per week
• 💰 Pay: Weekly

🎯 What You'll Be Doing

• Reviewing and assessing credit applications
• Chatting with customers via phone and digital channels
• Analysing financial information to support lending decisions
• Keeping everything compliant with regulations
• Maintaining accurate records and working with internal teams

✅ What You'll Need

• APA Qualified in Loans and Regulations (QFA pathway welcome)
• Experience in banking, lending, or a credit environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills 😊
• Attention to detail and solid analytical abilities
