Hey there! Are you a night owl with a passion for helping people and keeping their finances safe? Relatecare is on the lookout for a friendly and sharp Customer Service Agent to join their Fraud Department team, working on-site at a top banking client located in St. Stephen's Green, Dublin. 🏦

📋 What's the Job About?

You'll be the first point of contact for customers dealing with lost or stolen cards and fraud-related concerns. It's a role that requires trust, quick thinking, and great communication skills. Here's a quick summary of what you'll be doing:

• 📞 Handling incoming calls from customers about fraud issues, lost/stolen cards, and related queries
• 🔍 Reviewing card activity and taking action to help prevent fraud
• 📤 Making outbound calls when fraud alerts need to be addressed
• 📁 Providing admin support and managing voicemail at regular intervals
• 🤝 Handing over smoothly to colleagues at the end of your shift

✅ What You'll Need

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Leaving Certificate with a minimum pass in English & Maths
• Good IT skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly
• Fluent English – both spoken and written
• High level of integrity and respect for confidentiality 🔒

📍 Location & Schedule

This is a fully in-person role based in Dublin, County Dublin. You must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting. Shifts are overnight, including weekdays and weekends. 🌃
