📋 About the Role

This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity where you'll be doing a mix of customer support and KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance work. You'll be helping customers from around the world while also making sure everything is above board from a regulatory standpoint.

💼 What You'll Be Doing

• Handling customer queries and complaints via chat, email, and occasionally phone
• Keeping detailed records of all customer interactions
• Troubleshooting issues and escalating when needed
• Conducting KYC and AML compliance checks on new and existing customers
• Reviewing customer information to ensure regulatory compliance

✅ What They're Looking For

• 🗣️ Fluent in both Dutch and English (spoken and written)
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• KYC experience is a bonus but not required
• Comfortable working flexible hours including weekends and bank holidays

• This role is fully on-site in Dublin City Centre – you must be within daily commuting distance
• Must have valid work authorisation in Ireland 🇮🇪
• Shift work is required, so flexibility is key ⏰
