📋 What's the Role About?
You'll be working alongside senior colleagues to support major capital projects from start to finish. Think financial modelling, contract development, stakeholder management, and everything in between. It's a varied and exciting role that keeps you on your toes!
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- 💰 Financial Modelling: Build and test whole-life financial models for infrastructure projects
- 📄 Contract Development: Prepare financial requirements for procurement and contract documentation
- 🤝 Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- 🌱 ESG Advisory: Advise on environmental, social, and governance requirements for major capital projects
- 📊 General Advisory Work: Financial statement analysis, market analysis, and options assessments
- 🏦 Funding Market Engagement: Engage with debt and equity funding markets for capital projects
✅ What You'll Need
- At least 5 years of experience in financial advisory, banking, or sustainable finance
- A relevant third-level degree in Economics, Finance, Commerce, or similar
- Membership of a professional body such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or CFA is highly desirable
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with great attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and presentations
- Must be authorised to work in Ireland 🇮🇪
