📋 About the Role
You'll be leading the regional data management function across Europe (Ireland & UK) and Asia Pacific, working closely with the TDGF CIO and the Enterprise Data Management Office (EDMO). Think of yourself as the bridge between regional needs and enterprise-wide data strategy!
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- 🏗️ Build and evolve the regional data operating model, ensuring clear ownership and alignment with enterprise standards
- 📊 Develop and implement the Europe and Asia Pacific data management strategy in partnership with regional leadership
- Lead regulatory compliance efforts, including BCBS 239 in the EU, ensuring alignment between enterprise policies and local obligations
- 🔍 Proactively identify and escalate data-related risks to both regional and enterprise stakeholders
- 📈 Deliver executive-level reporting to regional leadership, governance committees, and regulators
- 👥 Lead, coach, and develop a regional data management team
- 🤝 Drive cross-functional collaboration across business, technology, risk, compliance, and legal teams
