Job Description

Join the NICHE LOGISTICS Team as a Transport Operations Supervisor! 🚚



Hey there! We're looking for an awesome Transport Operations Supervisor to join our team at our VIC Depot in Altona. If you've got a great attitude, think fast on your feet, and love leading people, we want to hear from you! 😊



What You'll Be Doing:



  • Supervising our transport & logistics operations

  • Managing daily business to hit those KPIs

  • Ensuring safe and efficient freight handling

  • Leading and mentoring your team to create a customer-first culture

  • Working with various teams to keep operations running smoothly

  • Performing quality checks and maintaining equipment

  • Keeping records up-to-date

  • Continuously improving our systems and processes



What We're Looking For:



  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role

  • Background in express freight (preferred)

  • Forklift license (nice to have)

  • Microsoft Office skills

  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

  • Knowledge of CoR regulations and transport industry compliance

  • Experience with express and FMCG transport operations

  • Passion for safety and customer experience
