What You'll Be Doing:
- Supervising our transport & logistics operations
- Managing daily business to hit those KPIs
- Ensuring safe and efficient freight handling
- Leading and mentoring your team to create a customer-first culture
- Working with various teams to keep operations running smoothly
- Performing quality checks and maintaining equipment
- Keeping records up-to-date
- Continuously improving our systems and processes
What We're Looking For:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Background in express freight (preferred)
- Forklift license (nice to have)
- Microsoft Office skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of CoR regulations and transport industry compliance
- Experience with express and FMCG transport operations
- Passion for safety and customer experience
