Hey there! We're looking for a rockstar Logistics and Shipping Team Lead to join our awesome crew at VULCAN in Carole Park. Since 1995, we've been crushing it as Australasia's top metals distributor and processor. We're all about that superior service and always leveling up our game!



What You'll Be Doing:



  • Leading a team of 3 shipping superstars 🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️

  • Coaching, mentoring, and helping your team grow

  • Overseeing all the logistics and shipping magic

  • Making sure our products get where they need to go, on time and in style

  • Finding ways to make our processes even more awesome

  • Keeping an eye on those KPIs and coming up with cool solutions



What We're Looking For:



  • Strong leadership skills (because you'll be captaining this ship!)

  • Experience in logistics/shipping or supply chain

  • A knack for problem-solving and thinking outside the box

  • Eagle-eye attention to detail

  • Customer focus (because they're the real MVPs)

  • Tech-savvy with MS Office skills
