Are you ready to champion constructability for new datacenter sites? We're looking for a Preconstruction Manager to lead our datacenter development projects!



What You'll Do:



  • Drive campus-based delivery solutions for new and retrofit data centers

  • Collaborate across planning and design functions

  • Be the 'voice of the builder' throughout the project process

  • Manage resources and vendor selection

  • Mitigate risks and ensure safety compliance

  • Monitor project budgets and drive results



You'll Be Great If You Have:



  • A Bachelor's degree in construction project management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field

  • Significant experience in datacenter projects

  • Strong technical acumen and financial skills
