Hey there, future Scrum Master! 👋

Are you ready to join a global financial powerhouse and lead an awesome squad in the Institutional Wealth Management Solutions (IWMS) division? We've got an exciting opportunity for you to shine! 🌟

What You'll Be Doing:

Guiding a distributed squad across Ireland and the US

Facilitating all the Scrum events (sprint planning, daily Scrum, reviews, and retrospectives)

Collaborating with the product area to tackle challenges

Participating in scaled agile events

Building awesome relationships within and across teams

What We're Looking For:

6+ years in software development (4+ as a Scrum Master)

Experience with large-scale software projects

Proficiency in agile practices and tools like JIRA

A passion for mentoring and supporting teams

Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM) is a plus!
