Job Description

Hey there, VFX enthusiasts! 🎬✨



Are you ready to dive into the magical world of visual effects? WĒTĀ FX is on the lookout for talented Junior Rotoscope Artists to join our award-winning team in Wellington, New Zealand!



What's the gig about?


You'll be part of the team that brings movie magic to life! Here's what you'll be doing:



  • Creating detailed roto mattes

  • Tracing objects and characters with precision

  • Collaborating with compositors to blend live-action and CG elements

  • Maintaining top-notch quality in your work

  • Solving roto-related puzzles as they pop up

  • Meeting those all-important production deadlines



What you'll need:



  • Basic knowledge of rotoscoping software

  • Experience with Nuke, Maya, and Mocha

  • An eagle eye for detail

  • Great communication skills

  • Ability to thrive under pressure

  • A burning passion for VFX
