Hey there, luxury hospitality enthusiast! We're looking for a stellar Front Desk Agent to join our amazing team at The Savoy. This isn't just any hotel gig - you'll be part of one of the world's most iconic hotels with a rich history dating back to 1889!



What You'll Do:



  • Create unforgettable experiences for our guests 🎭

  • Handle check-ins, check-outs, and billing like a pro

  • Plan awesome itineraries and make reservations

  • Upsell and cross-sell to boost our revenue

  • Work different shifts, including nights (flexibility is key!)



What We're Looking For:



  • 1-3 years experience in a luxury hotel environment

  • Excellent communication skills and a positive personality

  • Knowledge of OPERA PMS (ALICE concierge system is a plus!)

  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced setting
