We are seeking a Senior Product Data Enrichment Specialist to manage, enrich, and govern large-scale product data across multiple sources. This role is responsible for ensuring product information is accurate, complete, standardized, and optimized for discovery across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Enrich and standardize product data including attributes, specifications, pricing, images, and metadata

• Maintain high data quality through validation rules, audits, and completeness scoring

• Identify and resolve duplicates using SKU, UPC, model numbers, and variants

• Normalize multi-vendor product feeds into a unified data structure

• Define and enforce product data standards, taxonomies, and schemas

• Track version changes and manage updates across product catalogs

• Collaborate with Product, SEO, Engineering, and Operations teams

• Support automation initiatives for data ingestion, enrichment, and QA

• Ensure compliance with regional and platform-specific data policies

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product data management, enrichment, or catalog operations

• Strong understanding of product attributes, taxonomy, and metadata modeling

• Hands-on experience with large datasets (CSV, Excel/Google Sheets, feeds)

• Advanced spreadsheet skills and attention to detail

• Experience working with multi-source or vendor-driven data

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with marketplaces or eCommerce platforms

• Knowledge of SEO-focused product data optimization

• Experience with automation tools or scripting (Apps Script, Python, no-code tools)

• Familiarity with PIM, CMS, or DAM systems
